Every cup starts in Kyoto tea culture — Uji matcha and roasted hojicha — then opens into something lighter and brighter for Las Vegas: cream foam, gelato, soda, yuzu and white peach.

Matcha

Kyoto's signature Uji matcha: smooth, balanced and vivid green. Whisked to order, then served warm, over ice, or lifted with sparkling water and fruit.

  • Matcha Latte

    Stone-ground Uji matcha whisked smooth and poured through milk — the plainest, clearest way to taste the tea.

  • Matcha Cream Latte

    The same matcha base, finished with a thick cap of cream foam that softens the edge of the tea.

  • Matcha Gelato Latte

    A scoop of gelato crowned over the latte, melting slowly into a drink and a dessert at once.

  • Matcha Lemon Soda

    Matcha met with bright citrus and sparkling water — sharp, cold and built for desert afternoons.

  • Matcha Strawberry Latte

    Layers of strawberry and matcha, sweet and grassy notes running side by side in the same glass.

Hojicha

Green tea roasted until the leaf turns amber. The result is warm and toasty, with caramel-like depth, gentle sweetness and very little bitterness.

    Roasted tea aroma carried through milk — comforting, nutty and easy to drink all day.

    Hojicha under a cream foam crown, where the roast reads almost like caramel.

Kitsune signature

The house series, created for Kyo Kitsune alone. This is where the fox does its own thing — our original blend, built to be found nowhere else.

  • Kitsune Latte

    Our original signature blend, poured as a latte — the house taste in its simplest form.

  • Kitsune Cream Latte

    The signature blend finished with cream foam for a rounder, fuller mouthfeel.

  • Kitsune Gelato Latte

    Signature latte topped with gelato — the most indulgent way to meet the fox.

  • Original signature flavour

    A house creation kept for the shop counter. Details will be revealed at opening.

Dessert

Soft cream swirled to order, plus Kyoto-style desserts with a lighter, more playful texture than you might expect.

  • Matcha Soft Cream

    A tall swirl of matcha soft cream, deep green and faintly bitter against the sweetness.

  • Yuzu Soft Cream

    Japanese citrus soft cream — bright, tart and refreshing in the heat.

  • Matcha Panna Cotta

    Silky set cream carrying matcha through in a soft, spoonable form.

  • Hojicha Cheesecake

    Roasted tea folded into cheesecake, warm and toasty against the tang of the cream.
